My name is Sean, My team and I handle the full process of preparing, organizing, and selling the contents of an estate so families don’t have to. When someone passes or a major transition happens, the workload can be overwhelming. We step in, take control of the logistics, protect the value of the items, and complete the sale efficiently from start to finish.
We approach every home with structure, honesty, and a focus on preserving value. Our team handles sorting, organizing, pricing, and sale preparation with disciplined attention to detail. We are not hobbyists or casual resellers. We operate as a professional liquidation service that treats each estate as a project with clear goals, timelines, and accountability. We take on the most messy homes, homes absolutely cluttered with household items, buildings completely packed with tools and materials. No house is too messy or too much for us to handle.

What services do you offer?
We handle sorting, sales, donations, and full cleanouts of the remaining items after an estate sale.
How long does it take?
Once you have everything you need, we can often organize, categorize, sell, donate, and even cleanout in about 2 weeks.
How much does this cost?
You pay nothing up front, we collect a percentage of the sales as our fee. We do not charge a minimum for our services.
Absolutely, we donate items that won’t sell but still have value.
Are donations part of your process?
Do you clean out the property?
Yes, it is an additional service but we leave the home broom-clean and ready for touchups, listing, or transfer. Subject to additional fees.
Do you manage estate sales onsite?
Yes, we run structured on-site sales to maximize returns for families.
How many buyers do you have?
Our email subscriber list has grown to over 22,000 strong in the last few years. We also run the largest Indiana FB groups called "Estate Sales in Indiana" which is now over 14,000 members large!

Do you host auctions?
We have a partner auction company that works with us for estates that are more suitable for auction instead of a traditional tag sale.
My house is messy, full of stuff to the point it's embarassing.
That is our niche, we specialize in large, sprawling homes and buildings absolutely full of clutter, we've operated sales for 100 acre properties with 10 barns on them. Full vehicle collections, sales with tens of thousands of items. If you have a hoarder home that's hard to even walk through we are your best choice!
My house isn't very big, there isn't a ton of stuff.
Don't worry we host estate sales for small homes as well. We may specialize in large cluttered homes but we host hundreds of 1 or 2 bedrooms homes every year as well.
